Monitoring
It looks like Slack is back to normal, the issue appears to have been with the desktop client — the mobile client and API remained functional. Any incidents you declared via the dashboard will have Slack channels. We're still monitoring the situation.

We're seeing a number of issues where users are unable to access Slack's interface, although it looks like we're still able to communicate with Slack's API. You can still declare and run incidents from our Dashboard, and if you need to get in touch with us, you can use https://help.incident.io.
