Our cloud provider (GCP) has confirmed they had an incident and we've opened a support case to gauge and confirm the impact to us specifically.

We briefly saw an increased error rate on our platform for a subset of API requests, for a period of 7 minutes, from 15:20 UTC to 15:27 UTC.
We believe this was an issue with an upstream infrastructure provider but are actively investigating to confirm this, and will provide further updates shortly.
