We've not seen any errors for 10 minutes, and we are once again able to consistently create Slack channels.We believe that this incident is now resolved.

Some customers may be unable to create incidents.This is caused by intermittent errors we are getting from Slack when trying to create Slack channels (and also post messages).We are monitoring the errors, and will update once we know more.
